In principle, the WIS destructs personal information of users without delay when the purpose of its collect and use has achieved. However, the WIS will retain the following information for certain period as designated.
- Items to be collected: Name, office phone number, address, e-mail, company name, department, position, website, exhibits, cookies, etc
- Purpose of use: Provision, research, and planning of the WIS related service. (mandatory)
- Record on collection/process, and use of information: 7 years

4. Rights

In principle, you have the right to refuse consent to collect personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act. However, please understand that you cannot register for the online directory if you do not agree.
